What should I review before choosing?

Check the listed volume, fit, activity, color, and compatibility details for each CamelBak bottle, hydration pack, reservoir, apparel item, or accessory.

When should a shipment arrive?

Successful authorization is followed by about 1–2 business days of preparation. After dispatch, carrier transit is estimated at another 4–6 business days. See the Shipping Policy.

Are change-of-mind returns allowed?

Yes. We accept eligible non-defective returns as well as defective-item returns, provided the merchandise is new. A non-defective item must be unused and in original condition. Submit the request within 30 calendar days after delivery and obtain approval before mailing anything.

Can the item be exchanged?

Yes. Exchange and replacement options depend on the review and what is in stock. Photos or video help us assess damage, defects, wrong goods, or missing components.

How does return postage work?

A free prepaid label is included in the package for an eligible approved postal return, so the associated return shipping does not need to be paid by the customer. No restocking fee applies. Ask for assistance if the included label is missing or lost.

How quickly is a refund initiated?

An approved refund is processed and started to the original payment method within 10 calendar days; posting by the bank or provider can take additional time. Read the Refund Policy.
