Refund Policy

Two reasons, one return process

We accept mailed returns of new items for both product problems and non-defect reasons, and customers may request an exchange. A non-defective return can cover a changed preference or incorrect selection when the merchandise is unused and retains its original condition. Damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods may also be reviewed.

Open a case within 30 days

Contact attaullahkhan1122hh@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of delivery with the order number, checkout email, and explanation. For a problem item, include helpful photos or video and keep the packaging and components available for review.

Approved postal return

Do not send the item before approval. Once approved, we confirm the proper return address and instructions; our correspondence address should not be treated as the return destination. The free prepaid return label is included in the package. Use it for the eligible approved return without paying the related return postage. If the included label is unavailable, contact us for help. There is no restocking fee.

Stock and repayment timing

Exchanges and replacements are fulfilled according to review and available inventory. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. The bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need more time to post it. Statutory rights that cannot be limited remain in effect.
