Lawful access

Use this website without disrupting its operation, weakening security, infringing protected material, or harming another person's rights. Ownership and licensed rights in the CamelBak-related listings, imagery, text, and site presentation remain protected.

Accuracy and order review

We aim to describe products, options, stock, and pricing accurately, while allowing for reasonable screen or packaging variation. Checkout submission creates an offer that can be declined, limited, or canceled because of inventory, address, payment, fraud prevention, pricing, or technical concerns.

Checkout and shipment

Review the total, tax, shipping charge, and payment details before placing the order. Delivery expectations and customer responsibilities are set out in the Shipping Policy.

New-item returns

Under the Refund Policy, both defective and non-defective new merchandise may qualify for return, and exchanges are accepted. Non-defective merchandise must be unused and in original condition. Requests are due within 30 calendar days after delivery and require approval before mailing. A free prepaid label is included in the package, no restocking fee is charged, and an approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.

Rights and updates
